Regular training in hospitality and catering is given on an individual basis and in group sessions. Leading up to sporting events, special briefings and training is given reflecting service level agreements of the company we are supplying. This ensures our clients get the best service and our candidates get excellent training to enhance and sharpen their skills.
Newly recruited staff undergo a practical test and basic food hygiene introduction, our office is equippedwith an area designed for table lay-up, serving and clearing. Language testing is also part of the process.
