Description

In person attendance at clients office one day per week (Tuesdays) for face to face collaboration with team required.
20 hours per week in total - to cover Tues, Wed and Thurs afternoons.
Be an integral and active member of the Pay and Reward project team to:
• To support the effective delivery of the project’s objectives working collaboratively with the project team and wider People and Culture  colleagues.
• To provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the project team in all activities including organising and preparing for presentations colleague Appeals panels and engagement events.
• Attend panels to take minutes and progress required post-panel actions for successful colleague Appeals, including recalculation and communication of any relevant salary supplement and pay protection amounts for payroll and systems updates.

• Well organised and able to prioritise and carry out tasks accurately to tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal, communication and literacy skills – both written and verbal.
• Effectively uses IT to support project activities.

• Ability to collate and present information in a clear manner.
• Prepared to work flexibly in a fast moving and constantly changing environment.

Job Benefits

3 month contract but likely to be extended.

£15.56 per hour.
