Howard Hodgson - Managing Director
After a long and successful career in a variety of Sales and Marketing roles Howard Hodgson bought Forte Reliable Staff Agency in 2002. Specialising in Chefs and all Catering staff, he grew the business within the Hotel and Care Home Sector. In 2006, he brought his wife, Lorraine Hodgson into the company, and soon after, they acquired a second Agency.
This marriage of companies saw the exciting birth of Best Recruitment which continues to explore all avenues of Catering and Hospitality, but also pushed the group into a new, complimentary avenue, namely Corporate Hospitality at Professional Sports venues.

Lorraine Hodgson - Sales Director
Lorraine Hodgson joined Best Recruitment and Forte in October 2006. With experience in Sales and Management within the publishing industry for ten years she joined the company as Sales Director.
Lorraine is involved in the smooth operation of assignments with new and existing clients in Hospitality and Catering from start to finish. This involves an initial consultation, explaining terms of business, marketing, running through recruitment and training procedures, right through to allocations and check ins, on the day.

Manager, Marc, has a wealth of experience in hospitality and catering. He is dedicated to providing a supervised service with a professional approach at all times, recruiting a team to exceed your expectations for every occasion.
Kathryn Grant - Administration Manager
Administration Manager- Kathryn is a very experienced administrator and bookkeeper. Kathryn is the point of call for all clients with invoice queries or who wish to make payment. Kathryn has an assistant, Amy Martin, who prepares all invoices and also collates all wages for our temps.
